At OTHER, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the garments are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in our portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
